Procrastination

Rather than work on my German presentation, I am trying to find anything else to do. This, however, is probably not a good idea considering "finals week" had turned into "Oh, Thanksgiving is over? You have 3 weeks left? I guess every paper/project should be due NOW!" But that's OK, really it's cool...

My Washington experience starts in just over 6 weeks and I pretty much know everything I need to. The one thing left is making sure my scholarship transfers... I feel like it will because tuition is the same... but I'm not completely sure. I'll figure it out next week. I found out yesterday what classes I am taking. Washington through Cinema and Controversy and the Supreme Court--the classes that transfer for my degree. And, coincidently, the two classes I wanted to take. Funny how that happens.

I also have been in contact with the people at the Navy History and Heritage Command--the internship coordinator and the photo archives guy. I know my dress code: YAY. And my tentative/for sure hours: 730-3, so not too bad. My first day, I have to meet with the internship coordinator to get "indoc" into the system... so ID and stuff like that... I guess but I still don't know what time they want me there. And I've asked. Multiple times. Frustrating. Whatever, 8 seems good.

And that's it. For now it is back to Franz Schubert and Jesuits in Brazil and Wage Efficiency in a Lumber Company.
